FLORAL HALL RULES

Pre-registration is required, and can be done via the following link: https://uky.az1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_6xIYL9TRw1y4mKG. You must pre-register by Tuesday, July 5 on-line. If you cannot pre-register on-line, you may call the Lincoln County Extension Office at 606-365-2447 for assistance. Tags and printed copies of the categories and rules are available at the Lincoln County Extension Office. All entries must be tagged.

The management will use the utmost care in protecting exhibits but will not be responsible if damage or loss occurs.

Due to safety concerns, no knives or firearms may be exhibited.

Exhibits must be removed from the Floral Hall on Saturday, July 16 between 8 AM and 10 AM.

Articles left after 10 a.m. on Saturday, July 16 will become the property of the Lincoln County Fair Board.

Exhibits must fall into established classes in this catalog Exhibitor is responsible for entering exhibits in correct classes. Entries must be clean.

Floral Hall exhibits are limited to one entry per class per person.

Classes in the Floral Hall are open to Lincoln County residents and members of Lincoln County Homemakers Clubs only.

Entries in 4-H and FFA classes must have been produced in conjunction with an approved project sponsored by those organizations. Entries in these classes are limited to Lincoln County youth.

Prize money will be paid Thursday night through 10 AM Saturday. Awards in open classes are: blue $3, red $2, and white $1.

Ribbons for all 4-H classes will be awarded on the Danish system.

Floral Hall exhibits must not have received ribbons at a previous fair. All food preservation exhibits must have been preserved since the last fair.

Each fair committee has the final judgment in any problems pertaining to its event.

The Lincoln County Fair is planned and conducted according to the Kentucky Department of Agriculture regulations for the use of state funds.

All exhibits must have been made or produced by person exhibiting.

Masks and social distancing will be observed based on state regulations.
